It was enjoyable to say the least. Some of the Bankelal comics were, as you say, truly hilarious. But they quickly became mundane -- the plots were all too predictable, the story line all too thin. I think the Indian comic industry is in dire need of some kind of revolution -- I mean, its a *huge* market. @abhishek: Oh believe me, I’ve read my share of Baankelal, and then some!
