I'm having a much harder time forming a concrete opinion on this though (in comparison, labelling arbit colleges as IIT was a clear no-go!). I mean, it seems like a good idea (and something thats inevitable) to expand the capacity of existing IITs. But do we have adequate faculty and resources to ensure timely completion?
