Summer sublet

I'm leaving for an internship over the summer, so my room is available
for a summer sublet. Details as follows:

Large, shared master bedroom in a spacious two bed room apartment
available from June 12th to September 12th. Fully furnished (queen
size bed, elaborate corner desk, chest of drawers among other things).
Large walk in closet. Very close to UCSD. The apartment complex has a
heated pool, on campus laundry and a well equipped gym.

Rent will be $435 per month, excluding utilities. I'm looking for a
neat and responsible person. Non smoker.
